Yes, I do believe so, I don't know how much he will be involved in but in book 4 Sirius left to gather certain witches and wizards and they were to meet at Lupins and wait there. So logic suggests that he will have a part to play.
I'm sure we'll see alot more of him in the last three books

oh I'm positive he will, I think JKRowling really loves his character(as do many of us) and she has said before that he would be a teacher she would have loved to have had. Plus it only makes sense that he will return and I think the seventh book will feature him quite a bit, at least I hope so

I read through the fifth book and he came back to there and I think he will continue to come back for the next two!!

I don't know i want to come back but I'm not going to count on it cause in all her interveiws she talks about being really upset after she worte that part of the book and she wouldn't have been that upset if he was coming back.
